Investigation – We analyze the policy provisions and stipulations as they relate to your loss to determine the coverage, limits, exclusions, and other forms that may apply. In investigating and planning the claim presentation, the Public Insurance Adjuster must have an understanding of all factors that influence the standard insurance forms, which may be contradictory to the current practices and procedures of insurance adjusting in your area.

Documentation of the Claim – You, the Policy Holder, are required under the insurance policy to conform to "Your Duties after a Loss" provision of the policy. Our services relieve you from being involved in this time consuming detailed process in order to meet the insurance company requirements. Our professional team will present your claim using the policy language that applies to your particular case. This in-depth process includes:

  • Detailed construction estimates supporting engineering documents if neccessary for property damage;
  • Detailed and verified inventory and contents schedule with correct evaluation and supporting documentation for content loss;
  • The required technical and supporting documentation for the claim adjustment process

Presentation of the Claim - After the full extent of the loss has been determined and documented, the claim is reviewed thoroughly with the client and, with final approval, the claim is submitted to the insurance carrier for negotiation.

Negotiation and Settlement – Once the insurance company representative receives a well-defined position that is professionally documented, our adjusters gain their respect.  Along with our expertise and qualifications, this contributes to the successful conclusion of your claim. No claim is settled without prior approval from the client who will be kept abreast of all negotiations throughout the entire process.
